Incredibly clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. Way better than to be expected at an airport hotel.

We stayed here twice - on the way to Toronto and on the way back. All-in-all, the hotel was great, bedrooms and bathrooms clean, friendly staff, great location (across the street from the airport), wonderful breakfast, airport shuttle ... all good! When we checked in late night for our first stay, the room had a running toilet that wasn't working (I checked the stopper in the water tank). The young lady at the front desk said maintenance would fix it in the morning. I said that's unacceptable - she should just move us to another room. She said she wasn't "allowed to do that, the hotel was full, and there was no housekeeping available". What? I won't bore you with our back-and-forth, but she eventually called someone and moved us into another room, which was fine and awesome (even though she said she didn't have any free rooms available). This is not a complaint about the hotel, but rather a comment about the business risk the hotel would take by placing a young, inexperienced and perhaps poorly trained receptionist on the front desk by herself. The hotel is great and I would book to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Fairfield by Marriott Buffalo Airport I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Buffalo Airport. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Joyce and Jami were truly exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. They both went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and their hospitality alone is enough to make me return. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The overall service throughout the hotel was consistently impressive. Breakfast was decent and satisfying, with enough options to start the morning off right. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team—especially Joyce and Jami—for making my visit feel like a true home away from home.

I stayed at this hotel last November. I had booked a 3-night stay but arrived the following morning, going into what would have been my second night. I did call ahead and let staff know I’d be checking in late, and I did not ask for a refund since it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. When I arrived after a 7-hour drive, I was surprised to find my reservation had been canceled by an employee. This left me without a room when nearly every hotel in the area was either sold out or charging very high rates. Fortunately, staff were eventually able to secure me a room, and I was told I would be compensated for the inconvenience. Part of that compensation was supposed to include points for a free night’s stay, but those points were never issued. Aside from that, my stay was very good—the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was well done. I would stay here again, but it would be nice if management could reach out and honor their original offer by providing enough points for a free night on my next stay.

This is not a five star hotel but it is a five for what it is. Across the street from airport with plenty of parking if doing park and ride. Large nice lobby area with plenty of work station or game playing space. Outlets are everywhere. Basic breakfast is fine and small area to buy snacks. Rooms and general hotel are very clean. Rooms are large with ok beds (a bit soft for me). Not close to buffalo bills or sabres games, but if price is good it is close enough. Starbucks next door and multiple restaurants within 5 to 15 minute drive on transit road.

I stayed here while traveling for work. This hotel was clean, had friendly and helpful staff, and was in a great location with quick access to multiple restaurants. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

After submitting feedback about a few issues during my stay, I was promptly contacted by the General Manager, Angie McCready. She responded quickly and professionally, and after a few email exchanges, during which I mentioned I’d be returning in November she not only assured me the concerns would be addressed with her team, but also upgraded my upcoming reservation. As someone who works in customer service, I know how rare it is today to find employees who are truly committed to delivering exceptional service. Angie exemplifies what great hospitality should look like. Her responsiveness and proactive approach made a real difference, and I believe it’s worth recognizing her dedication to ensuring every guest has a positive experience. We look forward to our next and all future stays at your hotel.

Our room was clean and in good condition. The beds were very firm. Decided breakfast selection, but the coffee was not great. The only problem was that the room got very warm humid (in late December) and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the heat, but that may have been on me.
